A chart depicting the CO2 emissions of every country and
their vulnerability to resulting climate change. The top
bar shows every country, this is divided into high, medium
and low emission groups below. Note that the countries who
emit the most CO2 are least vulnerable to climate change
and those who emit the least are most vulnerable.
